1st night stayed on 4th floor extremely noisey from A/C and interstate noise. Moved to first floor the 2nd night and found urine on the toilet seat, dust on all furniture, light burned out over the bath sink and the "double" beds were small and uncomfortable. Holes in around the shower head, slime crawling up the shower walls, filthy doors in need of paint, next to a tattoo parlor, smoke detector chirping all night. Stayed at the Comfort Suites for the first time while working in Columbus. Was very satisfied with everything there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Wifi was as good as any hotel. Will stay there again when in town.

It is a comfort suites. Nothing great about it. No gas stations or continence stores with in a mile or two & the interstate is right next to the hotel. There is a Wal-mart about 2 miles up the road. Appears to be clean, night man was courteous. All in all I'd say its par.

Only spent one night here but the Hotel was pleasant and the staff were well informed and courteous. Great rate for the nice room and breakfast. Gladly recommended. The main thing is that if I were to return to the Columbus area I would stay here again. This was my second trip and I stayed here both trips.

This property is one of the oldest and outdated Comfort Suites we've ever stayed in. The front desk staff was rude, untrained and quite unfamiliar with the community. The walls, floors, etc. were worn and displeasing. Highway noise made it impossible to get a good night's rest. Without modernization this hotel will become extinct.

The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. However, I requested a single non-smoking room (king bed) on the top floor. Apparently these are all the rooms closest to the interstate, which the hotel is directly adjacent to and almost on top of. Our stay was really nice and the rooms were clean. We found it easy to get my mother around, she is handicapped. We found the beds easy for her to get in and out of. The bathroom easy for her also. She really enjoyed her stay, as we all did. We would definitely stay here again.
