“A ver nice hotel with great staff”

I am often searching for the best value in the Hilton chain, more often than not, DoubleTree is less expensive than a Hampton and this was the case here. Add in a full service hotel, add in a real hot breakfast and you can't go wrong. Staff was terrific, spot on courteous without being over the top. More

“OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!!!”

Stayed at this property early December when visiting Ft Benning for my cousin's graduation from basic training. This hotel is EASY to get to from the Columbus Airport. I discovered the Doubletree in Columbus because of the overall reputation of the chain and the great Government/military leisure rate. I have stayed in this hotel for the last six weeks and I am still impressed daily by the high level of customer service. I just can't say enough about the staff here. This hotel is amazing. Beautiful and restaurant on site. Staff is courteous and helpful. Fresh warm cookies upon check in. Spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable bed. This is a fantastic hotel. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. We stayed in this hotel 2 x's in 2 months and both times exceeded our expectations. We will recommend this place to everyone we know who will be in the area. More
