I had a spectacular gulf view room for under $60/nite. Within walking distance of full grocery store, bars and restaurants. Very clean, though a little dated with the carpeting and appliances. The owners were very nice. I will return next year, and my boss booked a week in February.

We have been staying at the Jeffersons for many years (20) and will be back for an other season. We like the location and the new Management under Raj and Nina. Both will bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasant as possible. No problem as a place away from home.
