Claudio at the service desk was fantastic. We had an emergency at home in California which necessitated a letter being faxed first thing in the morning. He offered immediately to type it for us on Westin stationery and the entire problem was solved by his efficiency. We loved our stay there!

My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay. The location is great. We had a fabulous water view from our spacious, well appointed room. The staff was friendly and professional. Our staff person, Mitch, was attentive and professional in his appearance and service. We will return and highly recomment The Westin.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and fast elevators will make your business stay a more comfortable one. The Westin is at walking distance to the Convention Center and the History Center. You can walk to Jackson's and Amore restaurants. Easy exit to the highway (4), (275). Very nice weekend.
