Arrived after 5pm, so had no issue's with the security giving keys and minimal instructions. Rental was exactly as advertised, Tower #65, with the exception of the unusable patio area. It is open to parking area, no problem, the problem is there are several loud fans blowing next to the parking area, and even on the sixth floor it makes... More

This was my second stay at PBC. My first stay was wonderful - my second stay was marred by roaches. I stayed in Unit 312 in the Bayside Condos and discovered it was infested with cockroaches. When I checked into my unit I found 4 dead cockroaces - one of which I found in a kitchen cabinet. When I went... More

The web site shows a much different view of Palm Bay Club than what you actually experience. This resorts needs a sorely needed update. Also, one of the pools is in the parking lot! It looks like an apartment-condo conversion (not sure if it is, but it looks like it). The staff is not very friendly and offered no help... More

I am sorry to hear your recent stay at the Palm Bay Club was less than impressive. Each unit is inspected upon arrival and departure of each guest so I am surprised that both the toilet seat and sliding door were not caught upon this inspection. Even further, I am sorry that they were not immediately repaired when you called... More

We recently stayed at Palm Bay Club and loved it. We were in unit 118 which is beautiful. Nicely furnished. Good layout of the furniture. Loved eating at the table overlooking the Gulf view. It was great to be able to open the window and hear the Gulf surf in the evening. The beach is so convenient from the Tower... More

I stayed here in March 2013 with my daughter, son in law and two little grandsons. We were in a condo across Midnight Pass Road so it was a good walk every day with the little ones. It was a pretty scenic walk though, so there's that! There is also a crosswalk with a button to push that encourages the... More

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms looked exactly like the pictures on the web site even down to the comforters on the beds. We stayed on the bayside on the bottom floor in room 306. Everything was perfect. I didn't even have one complaint except that I wanted to stay longer. The kitchen is fully equipped and each room... More

What a great way to start a Monday – reading a fantastic review from a truly satisfied guest. We make great efforts to keep the pictures online as up to date as possible so guests can see what to expect when they arrive. We attempt to supply sufficient inventory for use of our full kitchens and of course an adequate... More

My family and I stayed at the Palm Bay Club over March break this 2013. We stayed for four days in one of the back buildings across the street. The condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which suited us perfectly. It included a well stocked kitchen and a balcony. There was a pool behind our building which had many... More

What a joy to hear you enjoyed your current stay and would reserve with us again. The Bayside Suites definitely offer a break for our guests looking to sit back and relax. The pool and oversized hot tub always seem to be helpful while our guests try to unwind. Our amenities are always free and we do supply equipment to... More

I have to admit I was a bit worried about staying at Palm Bay after reading a number of negative reviews! Both the office staff and the security team were extremely courteous and helpful. I found no problems with either. While the wristbands were a tad cumbersome, I understand the need to wear them and appreciate security checking to keep... More

We always appreciate the reviews that highlight our “extremely courteous and helpful” staff. Acceptance from guests regarding the need for wristbands during Spring Break helps the PBC staff to ensure the facilities provided are being used by only paying Palm Bay Club guests. Beach Cabana Boy’s does offer the beach cabanas at an additional charge, and they do sell out... More

My wife and daughter and I stayed at the Palm Bay Club for three nights in mid-March 2013. Having read some of the negative recent reviews, I would have to disagree. We were very happy with our stay. I was unable to identify which specific unit you had rented, but it is great to hear you enjoyed the Bayside accommodations. The beautiful courtyard which leads to the heated pool, oversized hot tub, and fishing pier, it really does have its own tranquil setting. The wristbands are only asked to be worn during Spring Break, our busiest time of... More

The Palm Bay Club is a bit older hotel, but is well kept up. The best part is walking out the door onto the softest white powder beach in Florida. Also so close to the town of Siesta Key which offers many restaurants to choose from, art galleries, entertainment, cobblestone streets.

Our property was built in the 1970’s, but you would never know it at first glance! We have in house grounds and maintenance along with contracted landscaping companies that work their hardest to keep the property looking its best! The magnificent quartz sand is obviously the main attraction. TripAdvisor.com, (an international website that reviews hotels, restaurants, attractions, and beaches) recently... More
