Besides that, the staff was wonderful. The room and the property were clean and well kept and it didn't stink! The price was reasonable, relative to Sarasota prices in general and I was happy to stay here for 4 nights. it was convenient to everything.

In Maine we call a place like this the woodshed!!!! The room (136) smelled of cigarettes, bathroom door dragged badly when attempting to close. Tub would not hold water. TV remote did not work. Will never book this hotel again. How this place got any good reviews is beyond my understanding unless they are visiting from a 3rd world country.

Good for the money. Very friendly and helpfull ladies at reception desk. Convenient location. I wish they had some fruits also for breakfast, that would have made it better. I recommended the hotel to some of my colleagues.

Room was clean and property seemed reasonably well maintained but old and very dated. Complimentary breakfast was no more than coffee, juice, toast, or cereal. No refrigerators or microwaves in room. If on trip with wife or family, you probably will want to stay somewhere else.
