No pet fee. Friendly counter staff placed me on ground floor and close to exit since I had dogs to walk. Large open field to fetch balls. The rooms are so damp and smell. By morning, my clothes were damp! The old air conditioners do not regulate the air. Either your on the freezing cold bed, or the bed w no cool air. I took the bed w the air blowing on me and woke up w a sore throat. More
