Hotel was very clean and the staff that we dealt with were very professional. Our room was a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out in the living room. During our stay at the Hawthorn Universal most of the best restaurants, attractions, and shopping plazas were all in walking distance of the hotel. The kids loved the walks! Housekeeping was great.
