We stayed at the hotel over the Easter Break for 8 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and although the hotel was busy they made time to talk and make sure everything was as you wanted. What a differnce in hotels adn people, after staying the "Palace" in Orlando a few weeks prior, the Ritz made up for all the shortcomings of the Palace and then some, the staff, the room quality and the food service was perfect. The shuttle to the golf course is extremely friendly. Overall this site gets a "10"
