Worst place I have stayed. Felt more like apartments than hotel. Found cockroaches in my room, looked different from Pictures, the pool was awful, very disappointing, would not recommend staying here. Also I did not see anything offering room service so had to eat out all the time.

Cons: The room was dark and damp. Looked like the carpet was dusty. The elevator door was just in front of my room door, so it was noisy. Stayed here for one week in September 2012. Here is my first piece of advice- if you are going to Disney parks and staying in this hotel, GET A RENTAL CAR. Or just stay on property. We stayed here for 3 nights. It was clean, the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They had a free shuttle service to some of the parks. The bus driver was fully. He talked to us and actually sang songs on the way to the parks.
