This was a low end Marriott property. Staff was very friendly and informative. Condition of facilities was not up to par. Floors were not vacuumed and needed to be cleaned. Stains everywhere. Clothing sticker adhered to carpet. Ceiling tiles damaged by maintenance and not put back properly. Old soap residue on bathroom counter. Air conditioner never got room cool enough...set... More

It's a great hotel, wonderful location for Orlando's Theme Parks and friendly staff. The breakfast is adequate but no more. It also has tons of free parking and there are some nice restaurants in the area with good quality food and service. Ideal for families or groups.

A very good 3 star hotel and excellent value for money. Perfect location for theme parks. Dont stay here if you want 24 hour room service and the rest of the 4 star add ons etc but if u r just here for the attractions its great value. Rooms ok and fair size. Decided to save a few bucks and stay off property. Hotel is located just across I-4 from the Downtown Disney hotels. The suite was fairly large. Our refrigerator had a bad smell and was replaced promptly. Breakfast was free in the morning but can get very crowded close to the amusement park opening times.

went here on a family holiday and stayed for around 10 days with my wife and two children. Absolutely loved it. the staff were very friendly and approachable. the food is abit different to what we have at home (england) as americans use alot more artificial ingredients and sugars.

I stayed here for several days with me wife son and daughter and it was good but needs improvement. Marriott always has a good management team and the desk was good. very nice place to stay,nice rooms and great location.the only thing i can tell you is if more the 2 people are staying in the same room,check early to make sure you have enough towles and that the sofa bed has sheets and blankets.we failed to check until 11pm and it took 1hour and 20 minutes to get the stuff...
