Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a perfect getaway! We loved the rustic simplicity of the Water View cabin, and Dinesh and Julia could not have been more welcoming or accommodating for our visit, which included some Ayurvedic services. Highlights included an Ayurvedic cooking lesson and hot oil massage with Dinesh, walks along the creek, reading by the lake, and a campfire at night. We can’t wait to come back!

I AM beyond grateful! They are two kind and beautiful souls on their life purpose, helping & healing with Ayurveda. This place is amazing, beautiful, peaceful and harmonious. Waking up with beautiful birds singing and a soothing breeze. The Sun is bright and warm, you can also hear Mother Nature’s wind dancing with the trees. The food is delicious and healing and the treatments are relaxing and healing as well. I came out feeling amazing and I was there just 5 days. The place is cleaned and it gives you a peaceful vibe. This world of trees is also a great spot for mini vacation or just a quick getaway. I made it a point I will go at least twice a year just because I deserve it and I bet so do you. Believe me you will be grateful!

My wife and I recently spent six wonderful days at Rasayana Cove. I highly recommend Rasayana Cove and the Ayurvedic treatments offered. The peace & beauty of the surroundings were very healing and nurturing. D’nesh took us on a nature walk around the property and along the creek. The surroundings are alive with wildlife including deer and many different bird species. The rustic cabin we stayed in next to the main house was quaint and quite lovely. It had everything we needed. The night skies are clear with no artificial lights from nearby communities. It is remote and wonderfully peaceful. The delicious Ayurvedic meals prepared by Julia were nourishing and healing. These were prepared with our Ayurvedic constitutions in mind. After six days my wife and I felt a sense of renewal and a desire to continue eating these kinds of nourishing meals. I also benefited from an abhyanga (oil massage). I have travelled to India many times years ago and have experienced oil massages there and this experience felt very authentic. I felt the deeply relaxing, healing, and detoxifying effects of it. I would highly recommend Rasayana Cove and the treatments offered. It is truly a unique place to visit and the care is skillful and genuine.

I went seeking healing while in a vulnerable state and the experience was terrible. I had planned to stay for a week and left after only two days. The housing accommodations were dirty, and not conducive to health or comfort. The ayurvedic "therapy" was not aligned with good practice ( I compare this to another reputable ayurvedic facility I have attended). And most importantly basic ethics were violated concerning my personal space and well-being. I deeply regret travelling there while ill and paying far too much money to someone that presented themself as a healer and spiritual leader but really was a hustler.

This place was just what I needed! The forest and Ayurvedic treatments and food! The host was amazing and attentive. I saw a lot of deer…. It was so peaceful. There are different options for cabins to suit what you would like.. from rustic to “glamping” Highly recommended getaway!

I spent a day with a friend at Rasanaya Cove in Sarasota and we had an amazing day!! D’nesh was very knowledgeable and the lunch was delicious. We finished off with an Abyanga massage which was very relaxing. We’ll be back to this sanctuary.

I had the pleasure of attending an Ayurveda Day Experience with D’nesh. I Highly recommend this experience. Everything about the day was really lovely. I drove about an hour to reach Rasayana from Venice FL, an easy drive with beautiful country roads most of the way. Arriving at the center I was greeted kindly by D’nesh and we talked about Ayurveda and and went on a peaceful nature walk around the large property. He showed me the wildlife and the cabins on the property , all very unique and interesting. This was followed by a delicious Ayurveda lunch which I wish I had every day! The experience also included abhyanga (oil massage). I never had that type of authentic Ayurveda massage before and it felt very healing and detoxifying. I’m still feeling the positive affects of this day retreat a couple days later! It exceeded my expectations. Wonderful opportunity to steep in the wisdom of Ayurveda that D’nesh shares.

I needed time away from the city and Rasayana is a gem not far from St. Petersburg. Days unfold in this cove nestled mid the agricultural landscape. The property is a delight to wander and reflects a Florida before aggressive development. Horse Creek meanders along its borders and the cabins snuggled between massive oaks invite a settling of body and soul. So also do the thoughtful and expert ministrations of De'nesh whose ayurvedic training assures your body experiences restoration and health.

Before Covid, I used to go to an Ayurvedic retreat in Bali and was looking for something local that provided a similar experience. I was amazed to have found Rasayana Cove right here in FL. The property is so peaceful that makes it easy to unplug. Julia was very helpful coordinating my booking within a short notice. D’nesh was an incredible host! He provided Ayurvedic massages and fresh meals that I so needed. He helped me get back into my meditation practice and showed me how to make ghee. I left recharged, reconnected with myself and with clarity. I can’t wait to go back.

“I am presently completing a 2 week Panchakarma and Meditation retreat in this very beautiful, tranquil place. From the time I arrived, I felt gently guided, supported, held, seen and nurtured by my wonderful hosts, Julia and Dinesh. My experience has been better than I ever could have imagined. I will return home tomorrow feeling fully nourished physically, mentally and emotionally. (Food was amazing!).Filled with gratitude, I highly recommend giving yourself this precious gift!”
