Front desk staff were great, the double beds were "regular" meaning small. Did not get an upgrade to King bed, but those are the chances one takes. This is older style Courtyard but comfortable. It is on tamiami trail north, just a short distance from downtown and a few miles from north Naples. Comforters are too lightweight. Normally I like say more but this is an older Courtyard (window box a/c and heat...no thermostat. You business travelers know what this means). The staff were courteous, location was fine (not a vacation location however). A newer facility or a refresh would make it a better place to stay but no real issues.
