“Wonderful, relaxing birthday celebration at Naples' Waldorf Spa and Hotel!”

A childhood friend and I recently celebrated our birthdays at the Waldorf. We were at the Spa from 9am-5pm and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to relax. “Big Disappointment”

Thought we were staying in a "Luxury" hotel, well we were seriously disappointed. The room was old, needed updating, and was very dark. There was no light in the shower, the kitchenette was pieced together, no waste basket, no utensil, glasses. This was the room that we upgraded too. Should have stayed at the Ritz.

Came here for annual company event - given the reviews here I really expected to see a run-down hotel. It isn't - the beds are very comfortable and furniture / decor feel new and modern and fresh. “Excellent hotel”

Great hotel, perfect location. Beach is a short walk or you can catch the "hotel golf cart". Very clean and safe beach. Just right for families. Lots of nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. Love this part of Florida.
