“Terrible hotel”

I stood here last weekend and honestly it was by far the worse hotel I stayed at. Room was hot. They have better AC in lobby. I thought we were the paying customer, not the employees. Toilet didn't flush. Lights didn't work because light bulbs needed to be replaced. She switched our room for the same piece of garbage. When... More

“You get what you pay”

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway and was well. Great little find in the middle f s beach, good rate, clean modern rooms and a great staff. Not much more I could ask for the price. I do recommend ..all day

“Great little find.”

The Aqua Hotel and Suites was a great little find. Situated on Collins Avenue in the middle of SOBE The beach, restaurants,bars etc are just around the corner.Reception desk personal were excellent . Our room was a nice size , spotless and the bathrooms were new. Great little courtyard to hang out and read.

Don't know why everyone gave this place a bad review--we almost cancelled. We've just returned from a 3 day stay in one of the basic rooms and it wasn't the Ritz-Carlton, but it was very nice.
