My stay at the Impala Hotel was excellent. The most amazing thing of this hotel was the quiet and silent room, despite the noise of Collins Avenue. I used to wake up with birds singing... The hotel was also very clean and the staff, ready to help you.

“Quiet location in the centre of South Beach”

We stayed here for a week at the end of April. South Beach is a great destination and the Impala is well situated in the centre of things. This small hotel is one block from the boardwalk and the restaurants on Ocean Drive. The staff are uniformly friendly and attentive and go above and beyond for guests.

“Great room and location”

Quiet spot just a few minutes walk away from the beach and Ocean Drive. Good bedroom and large bathroom with a large shower. My only complaint was that early in the morning we were woken by the maids talking loudly outside the room, apart from that it was a great stay. Would happily stay there again.

I appreciate your comments and have already addressed our housekeeping staff about this issue. Thank you for helping us improve and for still giving us a very positive rating despite this unpleasant experience! More

Hotel Impala is one block off Ocean Drive, smack in the middle of the most travelled bits of South Beach. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms very, very nicely done.
