The rooms need some improvements but they are OK considering their price. The breakfast is outstanding with lots of options, and the location is simply great on Collins Ave: walking distance to Ocean Dr, lots of restaurants and stores and everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Pleasant service, great location. Lots of choices at breakfast. Pretty big rooms and kitchenette too. Wifi available but spotty. Bathroom adequate as well. A great value! The air conditioning worked and plenty of hot water as well. We were one block from the ocean. Parking was not great but that is true of almost anywhere in South Beach.

I stayed here in Sept 2012 and paid $100 a night for 9/7 - 9/9. I was a little scared when I booked it as pictures didn't look terrific and price was really cheap compared for neighboring hotels.
