“Great Hotel and Good Service”

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I got offered a drink and snack as I am a SPG member. But in addition, I could take a card from a bowl to win an additional prize, really nice (got a free drink at the bar). They called my room afterwards to ask if everything was ok. Breakfast was good as well.

“Nice hotel”

Hotel is near great shopping. Location appears to be safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Did not get the room with a sofa sitting area that I booked through a third party vendor but room was nice. Front desk staff very friendly. Convienent.

Stayed there on business in May, great hotel good bar and café. Across the street form a very large mall. Good location and friendly staff. A great place to stay in Miami. Has nice pool and in the morning Quaker parakeets sing in the trees.
