Went to check in the the clerk was out. Sign on counter read "Be Back in 10 Minutes". So we waited. Our room was below standard. Sweeper never ran under the AC unit, as you could easily tell. Stained carpets. Unfriendly and sarcastic staff. Didn't even have bottle openers. Ice machines weren't working. Rooms had a weird smell. Claims to have wifi in rooms but only has a short ethernet cord so you can only use your laptop while on a desk. UGH More

I've stayed here many times (see earlier review), and keep coming back, so they must be doing something right. I have family nearby. This is what you would expect of the Hampton Brand, and the hotel delivers. Extremely nice staff that consistently exceeds expectations. More
