It was clean, staff was friendly and I couldn't have asked for a more reasonable rate. Quiet place to stay. There is a Starbucks across the street in the mall but you really don't need it bc they have hot coffee out at all times. Great experience.

New hotel with very nice staff. Convenient to local restaurants, mall & area attractions. Very accommodating to friends' wedding guests and party. Clean room, lobby, buffet/dining area, gym, parking lot, pool, etc. Be proud & keep up the outstanding service!

We, two adults and nine years old boy, stayed this hotel for two nights to visit Legoland. We thought most guests were tourists for Legoland, but actually most people staying the hotel seemed to be for business. Easy to check in and out. No wait. Clean rooms,but needed paint on the walls in our room. Good breakfast. Good value. A good place to stay if you are going to Legoland. We were not aware that they have a free shuttle to Legoland. That will save you 14 dollars.

We stayed in the suite at the Hampton Inn in Lake Wales and it was an awesome room. It was close to Bok Tower as well which was a wonderful experience with beautiful gardens. The staff was great as well as the breakfast.

Friendly and courteous staff. Superior breakfast bar. Pool and exercise room and fresh baked cookies in the evening. Lego Land shuttle arrives and departs on a scheduled basis. Bok Tower and area shopping and movies conveniently located.

Everything was nice, clean, and smelled good. Was here for my son's golf tournament. Would stay at a Hampton again. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud. Other then that I would rate the hotel as "excellent". I would highly recommend the Hampton Hotel!

I stayed here for court in Bartow the next day and had to print out some cases and other documents. This is the first property I have been at that has an inkjet printer in the business center.
