Fab place to stay go there every year as my friend owns a 4 bedroom house there. Very safe and secure complex security patrolling day and night. No entry unless permit allows you in. 10 minute drive to Disney area parks and all other parks. Great for shopping malls with walmart 2minutes away. Lots of good restaurants near by too:)

RENTERS BEWARE: The house was infested with cockroaches. The shower curtains were moldy. The water smelled of a foul odor and the water pressure was horrible. We rented unit 107 in Bldg. 26 for 11 days in March/April 2012. The unit was clean - 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with 5 adults and 1 child in our group. Very affordable and only 10-12 miles to Disney parks. Located off of 192 where you can find any restaurant/store/supermarket. Felt safe, but I didn't go out walking at dark.... More

This property is lovely with well maintained grounds and pool areas. However, I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. There are several units in each 'pod' and they are all connected. The units are so poorly constructed that you can hear everything from kitchen doors closing in the next unit to people coughing and children running up and down stairs.... More
