this hotel is under rated. the location couldnt be better. The service was great, even on the beach. The front desk and door men were alert and helpful. The beach crew were outstanding. The drinks, popsicle time and fresh fruit was an unexpected treat. From Yanni, Ricardo, and Ivan who kept my towels fresh. The only draw back was getting our room... More

We researched hotels for our stay and this decision didn't disappoint from ANY perspective! The customer service is terrific from everyone--front desk, bar, restaurant, concierge, and service staff. The natural white sand beach and shallow beach water-beautiful! Our room was all it promised to be and then some...great view of ocean even with courtyard room, spacious, clean, elegant. Nice options... More

Despite arriving well before the normal mid-afternoon check-in time, the desk clerk, Paul, did everything in his power to allocate an appropriate room - i.e one with a sea-front view. This hotel was an oasis of peace and tranquility and coming from a cold, wet, snowy Scotland the 80 degree temperatures were a delight In-room facilities were on a par... More

Very, very disappointed. 1. On arrival they brought us to a room that was already occupied. Then we waited 15 mins. for them to find another room. 2. Maid's placement of all the towels (dirty and clean) in front of our door every day was something I have NEVER experienced at any other hotel. 3. During our stay they were... More

We stayed in this resort because if was beach front, and the name brought to mind the type of hotel we were looking for. This place is run down, with mold on their umbrellas by the pool, bare cement floors in the breezeways, and nothing to do with oppulence and elegance associated with the Waldorf name. Don't waste your money... More

Thank you for your feedback. Our convenient Old Town location allows guests to conveniently walk from our quiet private beach to the upbeat restaurants and nightlife of Duval Street. Ricardo has recently taken the initiative during our recent rain storms to personally hand wash all of our umbrellas, showcasing our dedication to service. This type of commitment is what allows... This is one of the better Hotels in Key West and I really love the location. It is at the quiet end of Duval Street so you can have your fun and then come back for some rest and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but not extravagant. This is the one of the only hotels that has it's... More

The Reach is on the southern end of Key West, a short block off of Duval. The hotel is moden, clean and nice. Room selection is a bit tricky; the old "ocean view" rooms range from great views to crane your neck and do some contortions to see the top of a boat going by. Not sure how you defend... More

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Key West -- our stay could not have been better. I wish I were still there! This is a very classy hotel at the quiet end of Duval Street. The beach is certainly the best my wife and I saw on the island. We loved the pier/gazebo and the waterfront dining... More

You are exactly correct, we do have the best only natural sand beach on the island! Our amazing views of the beach, ocean and wildlife do leave many lasting impressions with our guests. We love to hear that our attentive staff was able to provide the service to have you wanted to come back already. Although the Casa Marina beach... More

Our stay was very nice due to a very spacious room (upgrade) with a great view of the pool and Ocean. Good appointments except for "Old" lumpy sleep sofa and wall and doors that needed repainting. The start of looking "shabby". Missing instructions on how to use Coffee maker. We were three in the room and requested "turn-down" service. They... More
