The Hyatt Key West was not what my husband and I expected for this price and star level.
We stayed in mid June 2013.
Check in was seamless and smooth, and the staff made check in very pleasant with a glass of champagne and a "tour" of the resort. We were upgraded to a partial ocean (& wheelchair accessible) room...
