Really nice and comfortable rooms and run by friendly staff who obviously care about the satisfaction of their clients visit Would definitely recommend for a pleasant visit with helpful friendly staff who are well informed about the local area and beyond

Place is right on beach and units were very clean. Great place for price! Not sure what the bad reviews are, I have no complaints. Next time in the area I would most definitely stay at Beach Tropics Motel again. Look forward to coming back.

This was the last stop on our vacation. This is a traditional cement block Florida hotel. It' s not fancy but if you want a super convenient hotel on the beach where you can relax and enjoy the view it is perfect. The price is great. Iwas very worried after reading the reviews,thought i was going to the Bates Motel.The place is old but very private,nice pool and patio. We met very friendly guest and had a blast inspite of the storm.We brought our Weber Grill and cooked each night.The price was right.If you want high class dont bother.We will return.
