We are currently staying at hotel and while the service is good and staff is nice, our room is very disappointing. We were surprised by the condition of the room. It does have a large convention center, so if you don't like business type hotels, you might not like it, as there can be lots of traffic in the beautiful but large lobby. The Diplomat is a beautiful large hotel with breathtaking views of the ocean. The property is kept spic and span and the rooms are quite comfortable and spacious, as are most Westin properties. Each room has a balcony with great views. The location of the hotel is excellent and it's beach is very nice. Very family oriented. Great for conferences. More
