This was a fabulous place. The service was good, the room great, the rates good, the pool was fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a tram to take us where we needed to go. Restaurants were close by. We definitely would stay here again.

Despite of rudeness of coffe shop employees this hotel is now in my "preferred hotels" list. Nice, wide and clean rooms with a good pool and lobby area.
Concierge guys are fantatisc!
The only "minus" here is the parking daily fee. Too much if compared with others hotels.

I went for a conference and the conference hotel rooms were sold out so I was directed to the Crowne Plaza. I had never stayed in one of their hotels so I didn't know what to expect.
