Very handy for the University. Not too far from downtown and they also have a courtesy bus. Staff very helpful. Rooms need a makeover. Balcony doors/windows sealed so no outside air and only a view through those of the balcony (and beyond..that is if the windows had ever been cleaned). The balcony was stark, dusty with wind blow general rubbish....

The first thing we noticed as we entered the room was a smell of urine. Room was small and bathroom was rather dirty. There were no breakfast and cafeteria facility, however the staff is very friendly. Overall, we think the hotel is slightly overpriced.
