I've been a big fan of the value of Candlewood Suites across the country, from Times Square in Manhattan to rural areas. This one is a huge disappointment. Staff is poorly trained, and the shuttle we reserved for 8AM wasn't there at 7:55AM. It was the ONLY reason we booked this hotel!

The check-in process was slow as the person ahead of me had been charged the incorrect amount and had to have a refund processed. When I checked in, the agent shared that the hotel rooms are only cleaned once every seven days. This was not posted on their website....
