Stayed here for one night during a trip through Florida, nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Right on the beach! More

Stayed here for just one night on our way back from Georgia. Had hoped to get a balcony view of the Ocean but I think these are few and far between as the Sandy Bottoms restaurant obscures most views from the Ocean facing rooms. Notwithstanding that the hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are best described as functional.... More

I read a lot of the reviews before booking this hotel, and was kind of expecting to be just ok at best. The price could not be beat, so we took a chance and totally were happy. We stayed in a queen suite. Plenty of space for us - we wanted to spend our time on the beach, not in... More

My husband had planned our vacation and we were staying at the hotel across the street. It touted oceanfront and oceanview rooms. It failed to tell us that the hotel was separated from the ocean by a empty parking lot, a gas station and our room on the second floor had a telephone line running right outside the window. Without... More

Not easy to analyse this hotel.... the location is pleasant but it's in the middle of nowhere, in front of the beach but there is a restaurant just between with bad odours trying to be covered by vanilla perfume.... The picture shows you the best view but even you gamble... you 'll not get this view.... only for the second... More

We were on the 2nd floor with room facing the ocean. Yes there was Sandy Bottoms roof in front but only took up half the view. For the price we paid it was great. The room was small but all remodeled. Flat screen TV, wet bar, nice bath with walk in shower. Had a patio with 2 chairs facing the... More

This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. I was so embarrassed for my wife to even see the three rooms we looked at before walking out of the place! The stains on the carpets were ugly, huge and deep. I could not ever imagine having to walk on them. It was just gross. Nice location on the beach,... More

Good things first. This motel has the best spot on the Island. Located on the North side of the island this area seems to be a little more quiet and restful. Beach access is great. Walk out the back door, past a small resturant and you are on the beach. The rates are reasonable. A little above average breakfast and... More

I took my husband here for his 50th birthday/romantic weekend. The hotel is a few steps from the beach and it would be on the beach if not for the bar and restaurant the sits outback of the hotel. Checking is was a breeze and the front desk clerk was friendly. There is a parking ramp out back that has... More
