The front desk supervisor, Giulio, was extremely attentive, courteous and diligent in helping to solve a problem I had with a dead car battery which I encountered after a 2 week trip. When we arrived at 4:30 pm there's a used room service tray outside our room. Was there someone still in our room? Fortunately not. Had stopped here in the past for drinks. This time family stayed one night before flying out next day. Could not believe the large rooms and overall cleanliness. Staff was wonderful. This hotel had old time charm with a modern day experience. Plenty to do and great location to visit all attractions in area.
