When I called the hotel for shuttle info from the airport, the young man who identified himself as Terrence, was most courteous and helpful. Upon arrival, Terrence checked us in as if we were VIPs. He offered info about the hotel, surrounding areas for shopping, and eating places outside of the hotel. Shuttle service was even provided.

A few kinks that were ironed out but overall good experience. The location is good and the price is reasonable. Easy access to most areas with a rental vehicule or public transit. Some employees at front desk has to work a little on their friendliness and helpfulness. The pool & whrlpool need a little loving care.

This was a great hotel for business. Room was much bigger than it looked online. Everything was nice. Did not use the pool, but it was clean and staff was very helpful. The fitness room was nice and the front desk staff was great.

Super hotel! Cruise package they offer can't be beat. Includes breakfast, shuttle to and from Port Everglades, and parking for the week of your cruise. Good location-close to Interstate, shopping, entertainment and restuarants. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Well done!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights - spread over three weekends. After previous experience in Hilton Garden Inn hotels I expected more. The hotel was very clean and offered all the amenities I required. I would stay here again and would recomend it to other travelers.. The restaurant and food was very good. The only problem we had was that the bed was too soft for anybody who had a back problem.

Our cruise left out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and we decided to stay at this hotel AGAIN. We have been guest at this hotel before and I think it says a lot for a Hotel when you feel like returning for another stay.
