I stayed at Biltmore for one night only as I was waiting for a house rental that was not available for that night. wonderful building , excellent location ; front desk, concierge and other administrative staff however need to improve; restaurant palme d'or is certainly not worth the price both in terms of service and food. Waiters at breakfast deserve praise.
