This is really a great hotel. If you are looking for euro-style charm and romance above amenities, then Hotel Place St. Michel is the place for you. Our short stay in Coral Gables/Miami was excellent in large part to the staff, location and charm of the Hotel St. Michel. More

Very olde worlde. The lift would be condemned in most modern countries. "Complimentary" breakfast was a nonsense. We took to walking out for breakfast. At least our extremely large gin & tonics at the bar turned out to be complimentary. We would not stay here again unless we were forced by price issue. More

My wife and I enjoy staying in Coral Gables, away from the crowds along the beaches. This hotel is historically charming and a convenient walk from restaurants and shopping. Went to the Miami area and didn't want the bustle of South Beach. found this great classic hotel in the heart if Coral Gables. It is near Miracle Mile and there are quite a few really nice eateries within walking distance. The staff were great and helpful in finding things to occupy time. More
