a kitschy 50's style one story motel, right on the beach with wonderful views. Management is so friendly. Inexpensive and you have to make your own bed but the visitors are all friendly and it feels so safe. No fancy amenities but plenty of chairs and picnic tables. Just a great place to stay. We're going back again next year! More

We visit cocoa beach all the time to stay with parents. This was the first time there wasn't room with them so had to find something else. We went to La Quinta, International Palms because they were closest to parents, but happily stumbled upon the Sea Aire Motel. Had walked past it many times, but never looked. I was a... More

I visited the Sea Aire Motel in 12/11. I was pleased when I arrived, until later the next day I went to use my Debit card. I had $56 left in my account. Sea Aire Motel had double charged my room and drained most of my funds from my account. After dealing with Sea Aire and my bank it would... More

My husbund and I stayed there 3 days in Aug 2011 enjoyed it there very much. You walk out the door a few steps and there is the beach! It was so easy to get to campared to the bigger hotels where you have to pack all your stuff and ride the elevator to get to the beach. The owners are... More

My husband and I have been staying at Sea Aire since we first discovered it in 1989. We call it our "Jimmy Buffetville". It is so laid back and so many places within walking distance. Gary, who has been there 14 years, and Ms. Breadwell, the owner, are super people - very personable! We like that it is only 1... More

Great deal! Beautiful views from the rooms and only steps from the beach . . . what more could you want?? Staff is very friendly and helpful. We've stayed there 2 years in a row now and will be back again next year. Growing up we used to stay at the Silver Sands motel next door (it's now gone) and... More

We loved the pavillion where we ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We were able to cook our meals in the kitchenette and walk a few feet to the pavillion. There are breathtaking views looking out at the ocean. Our room was clean with two large beds. The big window gave us a great view of the beach. It is just... More

We went for a long weekend to get sun and do some surf fishing. My first cast out my reel broke as I walked back to our room, the motel manager Gary came over. I was telling him about breaking my rod and asking where the nearest place was to buy another rod. Gary went and got his rod and... More

Back to when a motel manager actually remembers your name two days into your stay....that has never happened to us at a larger place before. It is a family oriented, well-kept property. We will be back. More

Wanted to give credit to the team at the Sea Aire, for a fun-filled, very comfortable stay! Our room was spacious, clean, and had the luxury of a kitchen in it, with all the neccessities. This allowed us to spend our time where we wanted to be... ON THE BEACH!! Almost all the rooms were ground level, so you just... More
