This is a nice hotel right on the beach beside the piers. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food. Typical LaQuinta room...basic and clean. The doors to the rooms are exterior vs. walking through the lobby to reach your room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice I would stay at this location again.

LQ was fine for a short visit, the ocean front room had a great view and easy access to beach; the room could use a couple of comfy chairs to watch tv and relax;also needs new sheets - too soft and pilly;service was great, people friendly and great help

Okay, the room itself is not exactly luxe but I loved the balcony with the view of the ocean. The little pool is wonderful and has a little bar. The woman at the reception was so warm and hospitable. The walkway to the Cocoa Beach Pier is right there. I loved this place in spite of itself!

Convenient to beach; pool area small, but clean. free breakfast, standard. The simulated wood floors in the rooms are a good idea near the beach, however, they do not appear to be cleaned on a regular basis, as they felt sticky and I could rub black stuff off with a towel...EEWE! Paid for ocean view room, no complaints about that.
