Rooms are clean, noise is horrible. Do not stay here if you want to get away and have a little peace & quiet. This is for the 20 year old crowd. Trouble is, they don't have the spending ability (usually) as 40+. The noise is always loud at night - no relief. Pool side is the worst. More

Nice resort but you want the Gulf View not the pool view. They were having water problems when we stayed there and were very good to us. Nice place for the young and old but the resort's bars are loud and really for the young. More

Our stay at shephards beach resort was one to be remembered. We asked for a quieter room on the upper floor and we were accommodated. Our friends that traveled with us ( 4 couples) also were placed nearby on the same floor when they requested. The music was wonderful. The employees were all so accommodating.
