If you are looking to relax and unwind, you must visit Tradewinds. Lots of families and couples and EVERYONE is so nice and friendly!! Our unit was clean and inviting and we wished we could have stayed longer. The beach is white sand, the water crystal clear and refreshing! So relaxing!

We loved it here. It was clean, quiet, beautiful. Our porch faced the bay and we were able to watch the boats go by. My favorite place to get away and NOT leave town...love Tradewinds Resort...very friendly staff ...just pack your bathing suit and sunscreen, they supply beach towels, lounge chairs, umbrella, floats and the most beautiful private beach..why would you go any where else..cute little vintage cottages surrounded by lush tropical plants, trees and coconut palms...close shopping ..no need to drive ..the island... We loved our 3 night stay so much in the beginning of May that we are back again now May 25-29th! We had a North cottage #18 and loved the size of it, the amenities, the ability to sit on the porch and view the Bay and the pool. Immaculate place, friendly staff.

We have been going to the Tradewinds/Tortuga for years. Love the staff, the grounds, and the accomodations. Old Florida beats the high rises of other Florida destinations. There is no place better to relax and enjoy the uncrowded beaches.

Very quaint place to stay! The location is perfect with a view of the bay and beach across the street, even a pool if you desire! Plenty Of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Loved it!!!!!

Stayed in one of the cottages for a long weekend and appreciated the location, across the street from the beach and walkable to town. The pool is small but clean and has a nice view of the bay.
