I've been to the Boca Raton Resort twice, both times for conferences. What a wonderful location to attend to business, but also offers avenues of escape. Beach is very good! Restaurants are actually worth staying in the hotel for (the breakfast buffet is magnificent). My only complaint was that neither time did I stay in the tower. My rooms in... More

I have been staying at this hotel at least once a year for the last 20 years and it has gone through a lot of changes (refurbishing, several owners, etc.). I stay in the Tower which has lovely rooms (most overlooking either the inland waterway or the golf course). Try to get a room on a higher floor as rooms... More

I travel 8 to 9 times yearly for medical meetings. This has been by far the worst meeting resort or hotel I have stayed at in many years. The room was on the 1st floor overlooking the valet area which means you get all of the street noise from the cars that are constantly being moved through the night. The... More

I stay at Boca at least once a year and have for the past 5 years. Tower, Cloister, Beach Club- they're all excellent. The hotel is charming, beautiful and has a really fantastic staff. The hotel is full of east coasters so just know (i'm one so do'nt mean that as offensive). Also, Boca the town is sleepy but if... More

This is a place we really wanted to like. The setting is beautiful, great location, the rooms nice and comfortable, plenty of amenities. Unfortunately, they fall short of providing a nice resort experience. Front desk, concierge and customer service were clueless. I would have to say that the parking valet were the best and sharpest employees in the hotel. The... More

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Very large rooms, however outdated and in need of an update (furniture, fixtures, doors very old) . Stayed in the main building, which has large, spacious room and lobby. The resort has plenty of tennis courts, large gold course and several restaurants on site. Excellent place for conferences/events. More

We stayed here for a wedding, so we paid a lower rate than what was advertised online for the same time period. When we called to book, we asked for a King size bed, because my husband is 6' 5" tall. Unfortunately, we were told that the block of rooms reserved for the wedding were in The Bungalows area of... More

Great facility with lots of options for pretty much any type of group. Beautiful historical main building is supplemented with newer tower and Beach Club. We enjoyed the convenience of not needing to leave the property (unless you want to). If you do want to, great shopping and many activities are nearby. Easy access from both the Ft. Lauderdale and... We stayed here as part of my brother's wedding in early December 2011. Whilst we didn't have any part of the wedding there, we got ready and spent 3 nights there with family and friends. We were very impressed with the beauty of the resort. Unfortunately it was winter, so not hot enough to swim really, and it seemed very... More

We spent one night here a couple of weekends ago. The lobby, lounges and restaurant areas are beautiful. The view can't be beat, right on the lagoon (not sure if that's what you call it). For such an expensive place I would expect more from the pool. The lounge chairs were the plastic kind you find at 2 star hotels.... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on Trip Advisor. I am disappointed that your visit with us was not as pleasant as we all would have liked. Please know I will address the staff regarding the service issue you experience with our valet. As for the daily resort charge and the our pricing, we feel that... More
