Staff was rude. The room was not kept. It was noisy. Don't ask for a late check out unless you like to be castrated by a simpleton with an 8th grade education.

This Hotel is not anything special, but as far as midrange accommodations go, it is very clean, has an extremely friendly staff and is a great deal for what you pay.
You are a bit far away from the beach, but if you don't mind driving a few minutes, it's not an issue.

A friend and I stayed here for a long weekend in July. While I prefer to visit the beach in winter, I thought I'd give it a try in summer; however, I refuse to pay $500 a night. So, we opted for the Comfort Inn. We were given a room on the first floor in the back by the door...

Hotel was a big disappointment. The furniture was very outdated, the carpet was worn and dirty. The whole hotel needs a total makeover which I was told is suppose to occur next year. Breakfast was also poor. Only brightside was pleasant staff.

Decided at the last minute to do a weekend in Rehoboth. We usually rent a house for a week, but this time we didn't and soon nothing was available. Fortunately we were able to get a room at the Comfort Inn for two nights. The hotel was clean, the service was good and breakfast was included...not a great breakfast, but...

The hotel is nicely located on the Coastal Highway, right next to a Safeway and Jake's Restaurant. Can walk to the nearest Tanger Outlet Mall. 4-6 miles to either Rehoboth beach or Cape Henlopen. Only downside is that you can't walk right out your door to the beach.
The rooms were clean and nice sized. The bathrooms have been updated....

A good choice if you want to save $50 plus per night compared with being closer to the beach. A cab to Dewey is approximately $12.00. In front of the hotel is a DART bus stop $2.10 per day and you can ride all day/night to local beach and bars. Comfortable room with decent bedding. The breakfast leaves a lot...

My best friend and I were winding down a southern road trip and heading back home. We decided we would like to end the trip at Rehoboth Beach, a place neither of us had visited before. After checking the rates of hotels located on the beach, we opted instead to stay at this one after reading other Trip Advisor reviews....

This hotel was a gold award hotel so I expect certain standards. The rooms were clean, pool nice, staff pleasant, but, the breakfast was really lacking. It offered a full hot breakfast but nothing was hot. The sausage and eggs were cold. I guess they weren't heated up enough before being put into the warmers. The cereal dispensers were empty,...

Very clean, staff helpful, brkfask was ok, fridge and microwave were vey handy. Pool is quite small.
Of note, this was our first time at Rehoboth Beach (we had previously been to Fenwick Island). When you enter the water at Rehoboth Beach, it's quite rocky. We chose to drive to Fenwick instead. Next time we probably will not return to...
