I needed to book two rooms next to each other. I repeatedly stated to the staff member while I was booking the rooms that I wanted them next to each other and he assured me they were. This was also months before my reservation. When it came time to check-in the rooms were on two different floors!

An affordable place to stay for Yale University visitors. Only 10-15 minutes away and definitely way more affordable than hotels in New Haven. Complete with a fitness center, pool and also a nice surprise, a microwave and fridge in the room. Also there are convenient local dining options nearby when you arrive.

I think that the man that worked the front desk was helpful and booked me a room for the next day and he found my stuff that was in my room, over all didn't have a good stay. the staff where helpfull but didn't have an sulotion for me nor any answers to why they cancelled my 2nd night stay.... Clean and comfortable. Smelled wonderful, from the public areas to the room. Hilton should be proud. Close to the waterfront (about a mile) We ate at Jimmy's, which was literally on the beach.... Fabulous view. Early bird special made the good food a great value.

Room was ready early, clean and roll-a-way that was asked for online, was already in room. Front desk at check in and check out was awesome. Breakfast was awful. Cold, stale items, bad coffee, limited selection, dirty tables, no staff around to help.

This hotel was great. Checking in was very smooth. The room was clean and well furnished. While I didn't use any of the amenities, such as the gym or the indoor pool, everything looked brand new and in great condition. The bathroom was spacious and very, very clean. So were the beds and everything else. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

I stayed here for a local event with a few other people from the northeast. This hotel was an excellent choice. The lobby was fresh and inviting. The rooms were just what I needed and the breakfast was very good.

Very clean, comfotable bed, nice swimming pool and fitness center, good breakfast. Convenience: It has Walmart, Starbucks, Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse, and other restaurants within walking distance. Couple miles from Yale University. Will definitely recommend.

Great stay, we needed the room for just a short stay, but I knew Hampton is NEVER a hit-or-miss, always a hit with me! The room was very spacious, and the free breakfast was great. I found the price very reasonable, usually Hampton Inn is always a little more on the $$$, but a bargain is always ok with me!... More
