“Peck Tavern House B&B is closed, now a private home”

Somewhere around 2008 or so, this old stagecoach stop was sold to a private family, an architect who wanted to preserve and refurbish this landmark as a private family home. Word has it that George Washington waltzed here in the upstairs ballroom (really two bedrooms with a wall that could be moved to make one big room). Now the home... More
