First avenue is handy for the Boardwalk; eateries and Barney's Tavern! Rooms are nice and I do like my favorite which Denise allocates if possible. It has a glimpse of the sea and a nice balcony. Having a fridge and microwave is a bonus if eating in is needed when there is work to be done :(
