“Third trip, quality of stay slipped a bit, but still good value.”

Third stay over past 2 years. Overall experience slipping. Parkiing lot (especially back parking) poorly lit, some may feel uncomfortable. Strong smell of marajuana in non-smoking room areas on first floor. Room clean, comfy and everything worked. Breakfast quality diminished (staff blames new owners). Still, all things considered, good for the money and worth your consideration.

“Good beds, clean, quiet, nice”

At mid price hotels, it's rare to find good beds (we like fairly firm) that don't sag in the middle. Nice soft pillows, birds singing in the pine tree just outside the window. Friendly accomodating staff. We were here for CU graduation and the distance was a bit far from Boulder, especially with the construction projects on 36.
