Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Best ski lodge in Vail! Easy walk to the lifts. Friendly staff. Cozy fireplace. Beautiful Mountain View. The hot tub was clean and easy on the skin. Some are toxic with strong chemicals. It was so relaxing and chill. I felt right at home.i can’t wait to return!’ Trust me you will love this place!

This is a fabulous lodge within 2 blocks of both gondola 1 and chair lift 6. Rooms are well appointed with mini kitchens, iron and robes. Bathrooms are big with a great shower. Roku tv. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Hot tub and work out room. Beautiful bar with Mike the bartender is great at the end of the day. Didn’t so their breakfast but others while chatting in the hot tub said it was lovely. Again the lobby is a true lodge feel. Work out room. Ski valet. Everyone from start to finish were kind and polite.

This is a well located property within a reasonable walking distance(in ski boots) to Gondola 1 and also within walking distance to the various restaurants/nightlife on the Vail Village side of Vail. The property has been around for awhile and shows a bit of wear but is quite clean and has the functionality to support a comfortable ski trip including hot tubs, group ski locker, small exercise room, and cocktail bar(that serves a decent breakfast) The staff are quite helpful. You would be fine staying here.

For us, it was the ideal location. Gondola 1 is easy to access. It's quite convenient to have a ski valet and breakfast on site. Tidy, roomy quarters. All in all, everything you require for a sound night's sleep. Next year, we'll be back.

Beautiful resort, the lounge area was so inviting, the spa was fantastic, we loved the service in the ski room it made life so much easier. The decor was divine like a winter wonderland. The resort exceeded my expectation. The finer details of heated bathroom floor was lovely too.

Clearly in need of maintenance. Sink had three/four large cracks that were patched. TV was impossible to simply get to live TV. Toilet did not flush properly. Horrible coffee. Choices for food extremely limited. Staff friendly enough.

We have stayed at Tivoli a number of times but not since 2017. Our room faced the mountain and had fireplace, king size bed, microwave, fridge and a coffee machine. The en suite had a huge shower but no bath which I hadn’t realised when I booked. In our previous stays all bathrooms had both. The views are spectacular. Breakfast can be purchased for $24 dollars per person. It’s in a fantastic location and within walking distance to both the Riva Bhan lift at Golden Peak or Gondola One in Vail village. The room whilst comfortable looks a bit tired and attention to detail was lacking. Did that detract from my stay? No, but at the price point is have expected better.

Great experience! Warm, friendly, helpful staff. Easy scenic walk to and from gondola. Easy to use and secure equipment valet. Quiet and dark at night for great sleep; We did not have their famous. Breakfast because we were traveling with our own food, but the coffee was quite good in the lobby. I could not recommend more highly.

The lodge is great overall. Excellent location, traditional and rooms are roomy and clean. One thing to note: the bartender is very rude. I want to comment this because it is not up to standards. The Tivoli Lodge could do better with a nicer bartender.
