We went to the hot springs hoping to enjoy a Sat. eve. Well, upon arriving we were not welcomed but questioned as to why we were there. The lady and guy in camo were both very rude and probably were paid minimum wage and trained to be total ****s. Due to the extreme rudeness we decided to get our cash... More

The location is great and gorgeous (although inconvenient to/from town and amenities). We make it work, but there are definite issues: While the owners proselytize about "no glass, no smoking", after dark it is an absolute free-for-all with rude patrons being LOUD, smoking, drinking, and being obnoxious. They do ZERO enforcement after dark, which totally ruins it for us. Especially... More

The filth of the bathrooms--black mold growing on the ceiling, exposed wires, standing water, the reek of excrement--and the rude attitude of the staff, especially the owner, tainted our honeymoon. When we boldly dared to ask for our money back (we were canceling our second night), the owner engaged in an unapologetic, condescending, rude argument with my husband. The owner... More

We stayed three nights at the Hot Springs on our way back from Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. There is one word to describe this place: "AMAZING." The setting is natural, organic, rustic, charming, and romantic. There are six different pools to choose from ranging from super hot to icy cold. We stayed in the springs for hours on... More

We got the lecture from the old guy on the rules and nudity after dark. It didn't bother me much, I figured he really a couple hundred years old and the hot springs are his fountain of youth. The cost was minimal at $10 for adults, $5 for teens and $3 for kids, so I wasn't expecting much. What we... More

My wife and I brought my niece and one of her friends to the hot springs. The hot springs pools where nice. It wasn’t the normal pools, it was vary natural looking. That was about all I can say for the pro’s. Now the con’s, there where no changing rooms. They had a tee-pee for you to change in. (We... More

I agree wholeheartedly with the previous reviewers. Very nice spot that seems to be taken for granted by the staff who are relatively rude and act exasperated (I think I'm talking about he same curmudgeon previously mentioned). The mail-in reservation system is very unwelcoming and makes it difficult to plan. I get the impression that they're interested in creating hurdles... More

I will never go here again and will tell everyone I know to never support this business. Let me start from the beginning... Myself and 3 of my friends were traveling last week and we planned to camp one night at the campground there at the hot springs. We had called weeks earlier to make a reservation for camping and... While the hotsprings are beautiful, I found the staff and management to be very rude. The facility is dangerous at night with no walkway lighting. There is exposed wiring along many walkways (hopefully disconnected). The upper bathroom reeks of mold and mildew and pipe leaks were wrapped in moldy, musty towels. Although a beautiful setting--not a pleasant experience with facility... More

If this place was professionally managed I would give it much higher ratings. I have visited here about 5 times so I know what I am getting into when I go. The setting and natural rock pools are artfully designed and laid out and having the cooler water of the river for a change of pace is really nice, especially... More
