We made a reservation for a room here via Travelocity for our family including myself, my wife and our 3 year old daughter. We traveled from New Hampshire starting at 4:30 am EST time or 2:30 am Colorado time, and when we got to the hotel at 4 pm to check in, we found our reservation was not as intended... More
