Stopped here for one night on our back to Denver, a great location for the Rocky Mountain National Park. We stayed in room 15 and while it didn't have a great view it was quiet, spacious and extremely comfortable. The room had been refurbished fairly recently and we were very happy with it. We didn't book in advance and got... More

My husband and I were in one of the rooms that faced the park, not Grand Avenue, and we were both impressed with the noise level from the restaurant downstairs, from everyone on the street, from the nightly Bingo game in the park, EVERYONE who walked past our room at the top of the stairs to get to their rooms,... We stayed at the Inn for one night. The location is great. The room was clean. You can walk to everything. The owner is updatiing. When we arrived the windows could not be locked. They opened onto the walkway on the top deck. After talkiing with Mandy, the manager agreed to cut dowls to put in the window to make... More

Great location downtown next to large park if you have kids. Older hotel. Rooms are clean. Not advised for people who have trouble climbing stairs. there is no elevator. Great BBQ resturant down stairs that also serves a great breakfast. Its called the Sagebrush. Reservations are sugested as they fill up fast.

I was not impressed. This place was fairly expensive (yes, it was a Sat night in high season) $140 for a small room. No AC, Stuffy, Noisy, tiny bath room, no one at the front desk much of the time. Our TV's only channels were pay-per-view or infomercial. On the plus side, our room was clean. It was right downtown... More

We stayed in a double, and the two beds with three people was a little bit crowded. But we were just staying there for a quick overnight, all we needed was a place to crash between two days of hiking, so it worked for us.

This Inn is A-Ok. We stayed in room #15 which didn't have a great view but the bed was comfy and the location was great! It is definitely more of a bargain room, not made for luxury. Keep in mind that the Inn is right above the Sagebrush Bar so if there's live music that night, you will hear it,... More

I went stayed at the inn with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway during winter break. The town was completely decorated for Christmas and was incredibly romantic! Our room was great and had a brilliant view! The owner of the inn was very nice and the service was great! I would highly recommend this inn to anyone who likes the... More

I've stayed here numerous times and I've always had a good experience. It isn't the most modern of hotels but it has always suited my needs. The hotel is in a great location right on the boardwalk and which allows you to walk to everything in town. The lake and beach are one block away. I've been fortunate as I've... More

We stayed one night on 9/26 in room #7. When we first checked in to the room we both started laughing. It's pretty rustic and, believe me, we are not fussy people by any means. We spent most of our travels camping for many years and this was just a step above that. I told my wife that after 3-4... More
