My wife and I go to Glenwood Springs for New Year's each year. We arrived on New Year's eve and stayed for two nights in one of the rooms on the river side. The view was nice and the room clean and the bed very comfy. It was nice to have a kitchen type counter with sink, micro, under counter... More

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago with our two teenage boys. The hotel manager showed my husband and I the rooms with a jacuzzi. I was surprised to see the room set up. Nice sized suite with a very large jacuzzi at the foot of the bed and a gas fireplace. How romantic! Well, here we are without... More

We were happy enough with our August visit to rebook it for a Christmas ski trip. Sad to say, but things were not as good this time around. While the rooms are still clean and very decently appointed and the desk staff remains very friendly and helpful, we were frustrated with other areas. We arrived Christmas Day and stayed 4... More

We stayed here on our last night of vacation in Glenwood Springs. Our room was very clean and we had the beautiful Colorado river just outside the window. We didn't know the place was pet friendly because we didn't see, hear or smell any furry creatures. (I like it that way). I love how close the hotel is to food... More

Stayed here for a few nights in August. The rooms on the river side of the hotel seem much nicer than the ones on the freeway side. My room on the parking lot/freeway side was noisy with motorcycles rolling in late at night. The pool and spa looked too dirty to use. There was dirt/sediment in the hot tub and... More

Yes, it's a mile or so out of downtown, but, as best as we could tell, it is the ONLY hotel directly on the river. Rooms: Clean and well maintained but not new, with a few spots showing minor wear and tear. Our 1 king/partial divider had most of those things travelers like but often take for granted: king bed,... Nothing exciting but clean, big rooms and good location by the river with easy highway access. Great value. More

The hotel is located on the North side of the Colorado river. On the the south side is the railroad track, a bicycle path, and unpopulated hills. It is very pleasant to sit outside there and listen to the river while gazing at the natural view. The hotel is as expected for a Quality Inn. Beware upper floor rooms on... More

Just stayed here 1 night as my wife had a meeting in Grand Junction so we decided to stay overnight and enjoy the hot springs the next day. Overall, I would say that your options are limited in Glenwood Springs. All of the prices seem a tad on the high side for a room such as the Quality Inn. We... More

We stayed here while traveling through Colorado with our Cat. I was concerned on booking in pet friendly hotels since I myself like to have very clean rooms, but I was pleasently surprised. The lobby is nothing to write home about, small, not much decor but our room was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. It was... More
