we did like this hotel a lot however.. the only reason we gave the service an average rating was the indoor hot tub was only slightly warm.. when we called them to turn it up they were very nice and adjusted it immediately. also our room was very nice and clean. but the bed was a little to hard for... We were headed east and had to find a hotel quick because of snow closures. The reservation process was easy and the owners were great in accomidating our requests. The property is well kept and clean. Easy walk to the hot springs.

We stopped here for the night going from Denver to Zion National Park. It is in a very quaint town and the hotel is wonderful. Very nice staff and the rooms were comfortable and good size. We didn't eat breakfast there as we left before they put it out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a clean and spacious room with a table and convenient parking. While there were waffles for breakfast, seating arrangements were not good. On the road-side motel front, this hotel was more than what was expected. They had a hot-tub and were walking distance to the hot-springs. Staff were friendly and very willing to accommodate.

Stayed there twice. Not a fan. With our last visit in August 2012 we requested a king size bed. "Needed a good night sleep" ... after being away from home a few nights. Unfortunately, they gave us a room with a short-sheeted bed. QUEEN size sheets on a KING size bed. Understandably, this was not good! Checked in with the... More

The Good news: I booked two queen beds because it was cheaper then 1 King, and the lady at the front desk upgraded us to the King room free of charge. It's also a good location, the 14 person hot tub was very nice and the room wasn't bad either. The Bad news: Breakfast was an absolute NIGHTMARE, they only... More

The hotel itself is right about par. It's nothing to yell about, but if you're just staying in town for a couple of nights it's located just right and is convenient. The biggest problem I have with this hotel is the breakfast. My wife and I got up early and headed down to grab some, only to find a laughable... More

We have stayed here a couple of times on our way through Colorado (coming and going from AZ). It is an older property - motel style, but don't let that stop you from pulling in and spending the night. It's clear that the owners are particular about their property, well maintained, updated, very clean and comfortable. The staff make you... More

We were on our way from Utah to Denver and planned on staying in Glenwood Springs for the night. We were pleasantly surprised with the updated suite that we had reserved. Because I was a Rewards member, Steve, the desk clerk gave us a rollaway no charge. He even had the rollaway in our room before we drove from the... More
