Nice looking hotel as is the usual for BW. We canceled a room reservation at 5:25 PM and were charged the full room amount. Nicer than normal Best Western. Perfect location in walking distance to everything. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed and quite large. Ours had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast included in lobby. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly on tips and advice of best places to go. Would reccomend to everyone. More

Got a great rate online for last minute overnight to enjoy all the wonders of Glenwood Springs and upon checkin got a great discount on the honeymoon suite that included a fireplace and in bath jacuzzi. Great staff who were very knowledgeable of area attractions and restaurants. Hotel landscaping was beautiful. Will return again soon! More
