We offer two beautiful first floor rooms, each with a private bath. The Boudoir has a queen bed and large full bathroom (shower/tub). The Study sleeps three adults: queen bed plus a single Murphy wall bed; the bath has a beautiful tile shower. Enjoy our sunny front porch and uncommonly pretty gardens. Relax in the intimate outdoor hot tub or watch television in the common area. Free Internet and bicycles are provided. “Our stay”

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were incredible. The room and ambience was perfect. Walking distance to most restaurants and attractions. Beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was delightful. We will pass this location on to others and we will return soon!

“Not a secret for long”

We've stayed a couple times now (both rooms) and hands down beats any hotel stay. Personalized service, very good accommodations with "character" (floor creaks/slants, Victorian furnishings, parlor, porch), friendly hosts in Eliza (always a smile), David (has many many stories of the area), private, gourmet breakfast, don't have to share the hot tub with 100 other people. Eliza & David are wonderful! We enjoyed the Boudiar room, which has its own hall and bathroom. Eliza's breakfasts were delicious and filled with warm conversation. We loved it!Very cute and a wonderful location. Eliza was wonderful and was very helpful on the best places to go and what to see! We made reservations very last minute and they were very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.

Delicious and healthy breakfasts with beautiful dishes and place settings. Reliable tips on things to do and places to see in the area. The place felt very homey. I stayed for a total of five nights. The owners, Liza and David, were extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area in and around Glenwood Springs. The best location and accommodations that I've experienced in Glenwood Springs. You won't be disappointed.
